Returns and Refunds
We have a 14-day return and refund policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you must first email us at contact@mafiriswimwear.com with your name, address, phone number, product(s) that you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We’ll then reply with easy instructions for completing your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange your original purchase for a different product is to complete the return and refund, then make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damaged Items or Delivery Errors
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us with the 14-day return window if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Sale Items and Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Communications
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, then let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days. Please allow an additional 5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
